@eastcoastcomics There is a checkbox next to the comic in your PDF Pricing page of your creator settings.
If you do not place a checkmark in that box (turn it blue) your comic will not update when you hit save changes. You need to have that turned on for it to be visible. We have that feature to allow creators to update their works in advance...

The issue was that the comic had been set to free at some point. Always make sure your monetization settings are correct by looking at Advanced settings > Monetization in the series you are investigating.
