Can't Upload My Comic
Hello,
I keep trying to upload my comic but the system just spins and spins for over an hour with nothing showing. I first tried uploading it as a PDF file. Then when that took an exceptionally long time, I tried to compress it into a zip file. I uploaded that, but that just kept saying it was reading compressed file. I also can't seem to upload a cover image either. I seem to run into the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.
I was finally able to get it to upload. I was using a MAC, and I wonder if that's why I was running into problems. I couldn't do the framing on the MAC. It finally uploaded on the MAC but I had to do the framing on a PC
@Rydro: Um, that's our fault. We just ingested about 100k pages in one go - the processing queues were backed up for a while there.

Also having a similar issue atm. Also on a mac. Spins for hours I've tried every format?
100k pages? Not the worst problem to have.
I can't create a new series, I fill out all the boxes, and hit create series. But, the page just refreshes and does nothing to take me to the next page, or create the new comic, pls help.
Hi, Ankhesensa, I have just had the same exact issue. Can't create new series. Tried about a dozen times. Still, I'm very new here, but I expected the thing to create when I clicked the button. I double checked all fields completed. Maybe they're having some bandwidth problems. I don't know. I shall watch with interest. Cheers.

@andrew-henry This issue should be resolved now, please try again and let us know if you are still having problems.
It's happening again! What is the long plan to avoid this? Server upgrades?

It has happened to me too! Yesterday I wanted to upload a new chapter, didn’t work, than this morning it did work! But now I want to upload something else and the loading bar is stuck again. I live in the Netherlands, in another time-zone than the USA, maybe that influenced uploading my chapter in the morning?
I was able to publish an episode earlier today . Thanks!

@phoerencomics Hello there. I'm sorry you are having problems with uploading. Are you trying to use the mobile browser on the android? Also for the desktop, what OS is your mac version, what browser are you using?
I see, what file type are you trying to upload? If your Firefox browser up to date?
@phoerencomics Which one are you able to upload to?
@phoerencomics Is your android phone / Chrome browser also an older version? Can you let me know what make and model your phone is? Have you tried any other browsers on your Mac to see if it works for you?

@phoerencomics Please try another browser on your Mac. Chrome would be preferred, since it isn't working for you on Android either. I'd be curious to see if it also errors on your Mac.
Hi everyone, I tried to upload my comic, because I'd like to sell it on here, but somehow all pages are automatically set to free and I can't seem to change it even though I only made the first 10 pages free. Is there anyone who knows what I can do? I also can't find my comic when I try to search for it, even though I did publish it.
Hey guys so I have a problem uploading one of the pages for my latest webcomic. It's a jpg and the same size as the previous four, is there a reason why and can you help? much appreciated.
