Can't Upload My Comic

I am struggling to upload my recent episode in my comic. I do a vertical webcomic format and have checked the file sizes etc. switched browsers, cleared my cache, even did a full shut down of my computer and I still can't seem to upload any new images (all are in jpg format), I got through the first 16 but can't seem to load past that...it just sits in the load screen for hours and nothing happens, even if I try uploading one by one.

Im currently having the same issue uploading my pages for my book

Which version?
What OS do you run?

We are currently experiencing some back up in the queue, but it should be going through eventually.

Chrome, Firefox, even Explorer. It's taken me a week to upload the full comic (still working on getting the cover loaded), I had to load 2 pages at a time max, which isn't usual.
Chrome version 145.0.7632.117
I run on Windows 11

I'm also experiencing issues uploading for vertical. I'm working on Latest version of Firefox with a Windows 10 OS.

Same problem, Comics have been gradually uploading one by one, But Issue #01 will not load on PC/Mobile despite it being fully uploaded on the creator page.

Still unable to load the cover, I'm at this point super delayed in my release (and set to release next wed...unsure if I'll be able to even if I start now). Any idea when this issue will be resolved?

Is there a status update for when the processing queue backlog will be resolved? I uploaded vertical scroll images yesterday. The images eventually appeared in the release section today, but the comic doesn't display in the preview. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, im also trying to upload a comic of 20 pages but I cannot seem to upload them, it gets stuck on a page with an eternal loading circle...thanks a bunch!

Hi @neladrawz I'm seeing on my end that your pages have loaded and the release is scheduled. Did you still need assistance?

Hello there, I took a look at both of your comics, and it appears that you upload PNGs. Sometimes, Cloudflare flags PNG images and prevents them from uploading.

Please try again with JPEGs and let me know if that resolves the issue. This file type is the least likely to experience these issues upon upload, so I would recommend it moving forward.

@SoaringImaginationsComics - You don't appear to be having the same issue as others with the file-type. It appears you use JPEGs.

im also having issues. ive tried both jpegs and pngs, but all my pages are stuck on loading :[ i havent tried to upload them on computer yet, but it hasnt worked on mobile or my tablet in chrome. any good fix on this issue? is it high traffic on the website side?
