Can't Upload My Comic

@phoerencomics Is your android phone / Chrome browser also an older version? Can you let me know what make and model your phone is? Have you tried any other browsers on your Mac to see if it works for you?
(trying to rule some things out)

@ArtCrumbs I've got a more current phone. 😅 Pixel 7 Pro running the current version of Google Chrome. I haven't tried other browsers on my Mac

@phoerencomics Please try another browser on your Mac. Chrome would be preferred, since it isn't working for you on Android either. I'd be curious to see if it also errors on your Mac.

Hi everyone, I tried to upload my comic, because I'd like to sell it on here, but somehow all pages are automatically set to free and I can't seem to change it even though I only made the first 10 pages free. Is there anyone who knows what I can do? I also can't find my comic when I try to search for it, even though I did publish it.

Hey guys so I have a problem uploading one of the pages for my latest webcomic. It's a jpg and the same size as the previous four, is there a reason why and can you help? much appreciated.

I am struggling to upload my recent episode in my comic. I do a vertical webcomic format and have checked the file sizes etc. switched browsers, cleared my cache, even did a full shut down of my computer and I still can't seem to upload any new images (all are in jpg format), I got through the first 16 but can't seem to load past that...it just sits in the load screen for hours and nothing happens, even if I try uploading one by one.

Im currently having the same issue uploading my pages for my book

Which version?
What OS do you run?

We are currently experiencing some back up in the queue, but it should be going through eventually.

Chrome, Firefox, even Explorer. It's taken me a week to upload the full comic (still working on getting the cover loaded), I had to load 2 pages at a time max, which isn't usual.
Chrome version 145.0.7632.117
I run on Windows 11
