Can't Upload My Comic

Hello. I'm also having issues. I'm attempting to upload my pages and the process just "spins". I tried different browsers, but the same thing happens. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello there, I took a look at both of your comics, and it appears that you upload PNGs. Sometimes, Cloudflare flags PNG images and prevents them from uploading.

Please try again with JPEGs and let me know if that resolves the issue. This file type is the least likely to experience these issues upon upload, so I would recommend it moving forward.

@SoaringImaginationsComics - You don't appear to be having the same issue as others with the file-type. It appears you use JPEGs.

im also having issues. ive tried both jpegs and pngs, but all my pages are stuck on loading :[ i havent tried to upload them on computer yet, but it hasnt worked on mobile or my tablet in chrome. any good fix on this issue? is it high traffic on the website side?

I was waiting over 24 hours for a couple of pages to update - just kept spinning.  I fixed  myself in the end by adding the same two pages again, then going into settings on one of the original two spinning uploads - now I could see the page in settings (not just a spinning disk).  I hit save and when I went back to all pages I could see all four pages had loaded with no spinning now.  So I deleted the two duplicates I added and was done.

Yeah it just randomly makes my uploaded pages infinitely load, right now ive been trying to upload the same page for over 40 minutes and nothing works.

@RayValencheko - Can you tell me which comic and which release you are trying to upload? It really helps to know which one I need to look at.

Volume five of planetarium, it happens often that pages just infinitely load constantly and require multiple reuploads and conversions from file formats for it to work, but its been happening for each volume ive been uploading on Planetarium
