Some profile suggestions with customization

While there are some people who are fine with showcasing their country and such, I think it would be good to have the option to just have a check mark to publicly show it. (Small check mark on n off for profile display)

I forgot if theres a birthday section/birthday entry requirement. But if users can have the option...
