@rareboisonage I see you uploaded PNGs for your pages, typically we'd advise Jpgs for page upload, or PDFs. Sometimes PNGs can get wonky with the server's upload system. I would try replacing one or two with a jpeg variant and see if you are still having issues.

Panel to panel viewing is not working for me. It was working before. I didn't adjust anything. Did you guys change something or am I doing something incorrectly?

Hi! So I am having a weird issue which concerns two scheduled comic issues:

The first issue is somehow considered the SECOND release and the second issue is considered the FIRST. I'm not sure how this happened, I uploaded them in order and they're scheduled correctly according to the calendar. Is this a glitch or did I mess up setting them up somehow?

Hi! I recently published a comic here on GlobalComix and decided to include the panel-to-panel reading mode as an optional feature. However, I’ve noticed that whenever I share the comic, it automatically opens in panel-to-panel mode by default.

This has been a bit for a problem, since it confuses readers new to the platform. Some reached out to me and I was able to tell them how to deactivate it - but for every reader who asks me how to read it the normal way, there are several who simply give up, because they don't like reading that way.

Is there a way to make the traditional reading mode the default one instead? Ideally, I’d like to keep the panel-to-panel mode available as an option.

I’m having trouble uploading one of my pages. It’s the same size and file as my previous four but for some reason it doesn’t show up once I put it to upload. Is there a reason why? 🤔

I cannot add conventions to my profile for some reason

I purchased the GlobalComix holiday bundle yesterday. It included 10 collectibles included with the bundle. However, the listed comics have a listing to purchase instead of being included in my purchase. They also do not appear in my downloads. Why are the 10 collectibles advertised as being included with the holiday bundle not accessible to me?

I keep getting a Internal Server Error (500) whenever I generate a promocode. I've tried to create several codes with no success. I've had to resort to sending PDF directly to people instead of using the promo code because it doesn't work.

Hi I haven't recived any payments/earnings from my comic releases and what even scares me is that my account showed 0.15$ once ending last and now it's gone and I never touched it please I need help and clarification,I followed all the recommended steps so I could earn but nothing since last year.

I am having an issue when uploading my comic. Pages are uploading incorrectly. They are appearing as a negative image. I have tried in CMYK color space RGB both with same result. I also tried uploading an older comic that was already successfully uploaded on the site - and it also had the same result on the new upload. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Something is going on with the app. It's says Looks like we be having issues loading this view.Even when I try signing it says "error authenticating".

Hello @Agentny003, Thanks for reaching out, are you still having issues with the app?

Secondly, promotion methods vary a lot based on the comic itself, as demographics and psychographics matter a lot in determining who your audience is. Once you know who your audience is, then you can figure out where they are. Once we know where they are, we can figure out how to promote to them.

I have set a price for my download PDF. Why doesn't it show up in the Downloads tab when I search for it?

@eastcoastcomics There is a checkbox next to the comic in your PDF Pricing page of your creator settings.

If you do not place a checkmark in that box (turn it blue) your comic will not update when you hit save changes. You need to have that turned on for it to be visible. We have that feature to allow creators to update their works in advance without setting them life yet if they aren't ready to.

So yeah, turn on that checkbox and his "update" and it should be visible for you.

I wanted to to change the cover/first page of my chapters beause i finally have the covers ready with credits for my artists but everytime i try to change them they dont load and stay in queue now chapter 1 is without cover at all. last time that happenend i had to erease all chapters and reupload them but i dont want to loose all my views again. cann oyu help me with this?
