@WalkingUnusualShaman Feel free to email the team at contact@globalcomix.com about this issue and we will assist as soon as we can.
@CraftingQuietNurse865 If you click on the upper right avatar in the corner of the screen, a menu will appear. Click on "Account Settings" and then look under "Billing" and there should be an option called "Donations". On that page you should see the monthly donation of the user. On the right side of that row, will be a vertical set of three dots. Clicking that will give you the option to delete.
Let me know if you have any trouble figuring that out.
@StabbingRoyalSaint711 Are you asking for web or app?
@StabbingRoyalSaint711 At the moment, you'll need to use the web to delete or edit comments. I'll note that suggestion down for the app. Thank you for that.
I got an e-mail message telling me I was paid thanks to my comic.
However, after setting my payment settings to my current PayPal account, it says that to claim my payment, I need at least thirty dollars to get the money made from my comic.
Do I need to have my comic make thirty dollars to get the payment sent to me via PayPal, or is it something else?
@CoachingFierceBaron965
Yes, the minimum amount before you can withdraw income is 30$
@HetFDEx In order to request a refund, you'll need to email us at contact@globalcomix.com with the email associated with your account.
@QissaComics I see, I misunderstood your question. While you can't share your file with certain emails like you can with Google Docs or Google sheets; what you can do is, while the release is unpublished, copy the "private URL" of the release (which is found just above the schedule/publish button) and send that link to the emails that you want. That way, only those you send it to will have access.
However, please note that this only works while the release is NOT published. As soon as you publish the release, it becomes open to all people (depending on your monetization settings) and that private link will no longer work.
Is this more what you were looking for?
@QissaComics If you open the release that you want to fix and then click the "edit button" on the page that you want to improve, you will be taken into the frame editor. From there you can edit frames, delete, or make new ones.
@ArtCrumbs edit button is missing after I have published the release, check screenshot - https://pasteboard.co/6JExenX1qyTj.png
@QissaComics Ah, there's the issue. You cannot add frames to a series that utilizes vertical scroll format as its default setting. If you want to have panel flow as an option for your readers, you will need to put it into "Print Layout" option for the "Layout" in the advanced settings for the series.
@BenAJN Hello there and thanks for reaching out. We currently don't offer support for Mac OS. My suggestion would be to use the Web for now or to use the app that supports iOS.
