@ArtCrumbs edit button is missing after I have published the release, check screenshot - https://pasteboard.co/6JExenX1qyTj.png
@QissaComics Ah, there's the issue. You cannot add frames to a series that utilizes vertical scroll format as its default setting. If you want to have panel flow as an option for your readers, you will need to put it into "Print Layout" option for the "Layout" in the advanced settings for the series.
@BenAJN Hello there and thanks for reaching out. We currently don't offer support for Mac OS. My suggestion would be to use the Web for now or to use the app that supports iOS.
@DrawingFlimsyMouse854 Yes, it does. : )
Hi!
I'm reaching out to get some guidance regarding issues I'm having uploading the pdf for our latest comic book Atrium Issue #5. I've uploaded the file several times and each time I am getting black spots on the pages, missing dialogue balloons and missing words in other balloons and boxes.
The PDF has the same specs as the one I've uploaded for Issue #4. That file works when uploaded to the Issue #5 portal but the problem only occurs with any version of the Issue 5 PDF.
Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Is right-clicking going to be implemented again so you open links to multiple comics and not have to go back to the main page and change your filters everytime, or have it so the filters that you want always be displayed, and will it be implemented in the future? If not, then can you have the option of changing to have the old website design back which allowed right-clicking? I can't seem to find anything in my settings currently, so if there is and I'm uninformed, sorry,
Hello!
I'm reaching out for help regarding promo codes. My team and I are trying to understand how they work, but we keep running into an issue. When a new account tries to claim a code, the claim gets denied with a message saying, "You can't claim a bring-a-friend code on the same account as your purchase," followed by "Success."
In reality, there’s no success — the code doesn’t apply. This seems like a bug. Is there a known workaround or solution?
@Wingzer0dude A cmd/ctrl click will substitute for right-clicking. It should function the same way. Thank you for your feedback.
@MaskeddevQ We were down for a short period on the 25th due to cloudflare issues. You aren't having problems still are you?
@GreenWoody There is, but it would be incredibly hard to reach it! I've seen some pages in the 4k or 5k dimension range and larger! While we do allow larger pages, consider that the reader might not have a strong connection, or a device that loads items slower, so try to find a health balance between large and easy to load. I personally upload my manga at about 2500 x 3200ish and it displays great on all devices.
@zackalexwin Thank you for the report. I'll record this issue and have the team look into this once back in office.
I'm positive this has been answered many many times before, but spare an older comic enthusiast a little understanding. :D
A release does what exactly? Is a release essentially a page?
What should "comic strip" publishers do about "pages"? Do we select one image, name the page a "chapter", and publish each "chapter" separately? Do we simply do one chapter per page?
Thanks!
Hey guys. Some I’m having a problem with a link. I just finished a chapter and when I was trying to download the link I got a message about “the website has been blocked automatically composing an email. I tried putting the link into my Facebook but it keeps saying “Not Found” on the post. What is the issue?
@pkscomix I would recommend starting a thread, or you can check out our discord! Lots of creators and other comics-enjoyers in there too! You can find it here: discord.gg/9AZ9XfvvcG

Hi there! I'm happy to answer those questions for you:
1. A release does what exactly? Is a release essentially a page?
- A release is like an "issue" or "chapter". Some folks will upload an entire chapter, an entire issue, or only a few pages at a time. It's a little different for everyone. Publishers are going to upload entire volumes/issues/chapters in one release. Independent creators often have a lot of variation, depending on how fast they can make their comics. Some will post a page a week, some will post one release a month, it varies a lot.
2. What should "comic strip" publishers do about "pages"? Do we select one image, name the page a "chapter", and publish each "chapter" separately? Do we simply do one chapter per page?
- My honest answer here is there's no solid answer. I've seen comic strip creators post one panel at a time as a wide vertical page doesn't work well on mobile. Because you cannot make a comic "web only" uploading each panel as it's own "page" works well for every type of reader. Another option is to set up "panel flow" which is very similar to how "guided view" worked on Comixology.
If you need help setting that up, here's a video on how to do that by Brian Shearer: https://youtu.be/J2XKL7QAEmE?si=0NjMRcdnYU-D0lpD
@Agentny003
I'm a little confused what you were trying to do. What link were you trying to download?
