@ArtCrumbs when you publish your chapter it has a link you copy to share it to other platforms, but for some reason when I try it myself, it says not found. If you go to my page and on the bottom left I have link (supposedly) to my Facebook account. Click on it and you'll see what I mean.

The link to your Facebook profile worked fine for me. Can you email us at contact@globalcomix.com with a screenshot of what you see so that we can investigate it? A screenshot would be very helpful for us to be able to troubleshoot it.

Hi, what are the circular symbols that appear next to the comic releases? One is orange and has a white lightning bolt in the centre, and the other is grey and has a white lightning bolt split in half in the centre? At first I thought it indicated the comics included as part of the gold subscription, but from what I can see that doesn't seem to be the case. I literally cannot find any info anywhere about what they actually are

@drediz99 That lightning symbol means a release had the Panel Flow / immersive reader frames added to them.

I was wondering how is it possible for comic views to go down? My comic book views were a lot higher per chapter and in the over all number was as high as 990k and then somehow they dropped to half of that number. I know view numbers don’t really matter but that’s up with that?

Hello there, unfortunately there was a cacheing error with page views, and they were not being counted correctly. A fix has been diployed, and it might have impacted page views as a result of fixing the bug.

Hello,
I just uploaded 653/658 pages as part of 3 comic series releases. Five pages will not upload for some unknown reason no matter what I try. Do you know why this may be happening and is there anything I can do about it?

I want to make the pages one of the comics that I have listed here free, but for a limited time. Is this possible? Or once I list the comic pages as free must they stay free. Just wanting to know before I try to change anything. Thanks. Paul.

Hi @pkscomix, we don't currently have a feature to schedule the timing for free pages. That said, this is a fantastic idea that I'll bring to the team.

@pkscomix You can set up defaults for the number of free pages at the series level, on the Paywall tab. That will automatically set the right number of pages to be free on each upload, so you don't have to change them individually.

Hello! I can't get the app to work on my Samsung Galaxy Tab. I've tried signing out, clearing the cache and data, reinstalling. Nothing seems to work. Whenever I open the app it's just a picture of a pirate that says something the the affect of "where be the books?" but it seems like the app is functioning as normal on my phone, also a Galaxy device, so Im not sure what's going on. Any help is appreciated!

I’m having issues loading anything in the app.
“Yar… where be the books” is the only result I get when I try to search for comics. Don’t know what happened, it worked well the first day 🤷🏻‍♂️
