What part of comic/manga making do you want to learn about the most?

I'm looking for more Tips and Tricks topics, and I'd love to hear what everyone is wanting to learn about!

Possible options:

- Lettering

- Writing for short Comics and one shots

- Writing for longer Comics

- Screentones and how to make them

- Paneling for Webtoons

etc

Let me know what you would like me to cover, either one of these or another idea that you have!
Thank You!

For me personally screentones and writing for short comics would be interesting as they aren't topics I've delved into much myself yet.

In terms of advice I feel the community as a whole still needs to know more about I think panelling for webtoons and lettering are pretty crucial.

i think lettering is a skill everyone could stand to learn more about - it can really make or break the presentation of a comic.

If I were to want parts of comic making, I would want *cinematography*, proportions of characters' bodies, and writing synopses without being vague or giving too much of the plot away.

Emphasis on the cinematography, because despite me having a simple art style I want to keep, I also want to try different camera angles for scenes that could be intense.

I have ideas for some longer stories, and mostly those alone.

I'm heard the advice from successful creators to start small with shorter stories or one-shots. I don't have a problem with that, but I'm having trouble coming up with ideas for shorter stories.

If you could give advice on how to do that, I would be greatly appreciative.

for short stories, you can do something interesting that happened today, or maybe a particular scene from a book you like. preferrably a book that doesnt have a movie.

as for me, id like to learn about paneling. most of my comic pages are 2 by 3 squares like dog man lol. even dog man has better paneling now. and though dog man is meant for kids, its a great series.

Personally, I'd say making short and impactful stories/one shot. I usually always take the time to slowly build the characters, the plot, and the world (when applicable), so I always found writing short stories or one-shots hard.
