Wow, these are some absolutely amazing comics!
About me: I'm Iqbal Ali. A graphic novelist/comic writer (and sometimes artist). I've been at this for almost a decade now and have a number of projects. I have stuff to see on my site:iqbala.com and on my GlobalComix profile page.

It's a weird-fiction detective story set in a world where plants are hostile to humans. Influenced by Melancholia and Annihilation (film and book respectively) which you can read here.
Pleased to meet everyone here. I'm going to start browsing some comics to read now!!!

I'm also uploading a sample for you to check.

Hi all! So great to see everyone’s work!
My name is Khairul Mikhael, and I’m currently working on my series Skyline.
Comic link: https://globalcomix.com/c/skyline
It’s about a group of kids who want to be professional Project Managers, and I just started it in October last year.
Hello!
I just discovered Globalcomix when I backed a comic on Kickstarter, Andraste, by Honor Vincent, and saw on the back of the book that she lists it here and Comixology. I'm on Comixology already, thought I'd check this out and I'm very impressed with the clean interface and the quality of the books here. I also see Andy Jenkins has Blood n Concrete here, and I know that is an awesome book. I haven't tried interactive view before and that is kind of cool.
1. Creator name: Colin Devonshire.
2. Comic name: By the Time I Get to Dallas
3. Comic Link: https://globalcomix.com/c/by-the-time-i-get-to-dallas
4. When 80% of the human race starts migrating to a single point on the globe, failing medical student Rudy Deckart sets out across the disintegrating US to rescue his girlfriend, become a doctor, confront a murderous militia using the migration to start a new world order, and find a cure for the migration impulse that will save, or maybe destroy, humanity. It's a medical coming of age story wrapped up in an epic apocalyptic adventure.
I'm not seeing a way to upload art here for some reason, maybe I'll figure out...
I am Jalen ET An invader coming to conquer the earth, I mean um... I am an art student, trying to make comics great again! Feel free to give me feed back and criticisms on my work and thanks for your support! I am also a normal human person thought it was important to point that out.
My comic is Peacemaker Chronicles (2020)
Here's my comic link! https://globalcomix.com/c/peacemaker-chronicles-2020-?lang=en
In Peacemaker Chronicles (2020) we are in Vinyl city, the city filled with both people, super powered people and monsters. The world pretty much grows from this concept, such as how the monsters effect society how people have found a way to profit off of it by employing professional heroes to stop these monsters. Technology has also found ways to track these beasts with camera drones alerting citizens with monster alerts so they can clear out ahead of time. In terms of story things may not be as black and white as they are at first glance. Besides the world the story is also very character driven, with personality, humor, action, a bit of drama and horror setting out to establish our heroes where they are and where they strive to go. But don't take my word for it check out for yourself and see what you think!
I wanted to show a picture but maybe it's because I'm still not very familiar with this site but I see no option for uploading an image in the replies. Also if it's because I'm not suppose to answer forum from the replies then I don't know how else to reply.
Hi I'm G.M., and my comics is called Effy - The Living Efficiency, and can be found right here:
https://globalcomix.com/c/effy-the-living-efficiency
It's a black and white anthology of single page stories. Each episode explore a different concept of business, from marketing to finance, through the life of Effy, the living efficiency.
So if you like experimental works (such as episode written in accounting), diverse artwork (pointillism, abstract, realist, etc), and black and white, this is for you!
I've actually been uploading on GC for several months already, but never dare post on the forum so far...
And for the gorgeous art... here comes the cover:
Welcome @gmaximin @je-t @pitdocpress!
Hi, I'm AJ Marsh. Creator of Adaptid, which you can read here https://globalcomix.com/c/adaptid-issue-zero
I've wanted to create comics since forever and this year I finally took my first step on what I hope to be a lifelong endeavour.
Adaptid is an Homage to the horror movies I grew up watching, creature features like The Thing, The Blob, Evil Dead, I'm also a big fan of David Cronenberg style body horror.

2. TAINTED (Book 1 "Encounters")
3. https://globalcomix.com/c/tainted
4. A group of close friends living in the same apartment building use their powers to protect the city from genetically tainted criminals while dealing with relationships, addictions, revelations, and deception.
This was originally conceived in the mid 90s as a hand-drawn comic book when I was in high school. Since then, it has evolved into a live-action TV pilot script. Now it's an adaptation of that script. All the panels as 16x9 aspect ratio and serve as a storyboard for a real life show. It's more grounded than traditional superhero titles. I did all the 3D artwork myself, using Reallusion Character Creator, along with royalty-free stock 3d objects, and Photoshop. It's part primetime soap (Melrose Place, 90210, Riverdale), part sci-fi action (X-Men, Titans, Heroes). I already have over 100 storylines mapped out so hoping to keep the series going for awhile. www.TaintedTV.com
Started on Tapas- searched for another site to expand- found Globalcomics on Tapas forums.

Describe your comic and tell us about it!:
#1
Independent comic short stories which, all in a different way, narrate the fates of each main character, which represent one of the many professions in this large, beautiful and sometimes dangerous and grim, world beyond the sea. Each character, main or supporting, has a role to play in the larger cosmic game or is a just a mere turn of random events? Is it?
#2 After the nuclear war that destroyed the foundation of modern society and after the vampire wars for dominion, a new age started where the world mode forward in the direction that nobody ever expected. A vampire lord after ten thousand years of slumber awakens. Old covens are destroyed, new ones are created, but the High Lords are eternal.

1. Creator name:
Erin but what I go by here is "New Outerworld Comics". The New Outerworld Comics name is obviously coming from something older. Back in the 90's when I was learning how to write and draw comics, the homebrew books were sometimes under a fake publishing name of "Outerworld Comics". Basically nothing exists online to back up explanatory reasoning, so I thought I'd say something here about the background notation.
2. Comic name:
Um, collectively I've stated it here as "Iron and Steel-verse". Outside DeviantArt, my comic work having a home started on CF essentially. There things leaped into the fourth story of "Iron and Steel". Because Iron and Steel was such a long story to produce at 244 pages. Somehow I just started tagging the series around it.
3. Comic Link:
https://globalcomix.com/a/new-outerworld-comics
Yeah, that goes to the page in general for New Outerworld. The series has tons of content and I highly recommend reading the content that came out before Loaded Stone, before starting on it.
4. Describe your comic and tell us about it!:
I said this in a different thread but a thread no one has looked at yet apparently. The words sum up up nicely I think outside the fact content from PBS is in it too:
"As for what my series is in a nutshell. Try to picture an amalgamed idea of if you took a few shows from DiC Animation - took G rated content and upped it to PG-13 at the max - made everything serious and complex - and made the whole thing very continuity driven."
5. If you want to, upload your favorite page to share that awesome art!:
I don't have a favorite page but I'll be glad to simply share a page here. Here is the latest I really enjoyed working on and PS: this was not easy to make. Example, I was using 3D software at one point for one of the early stages of it's art. As for story content, if you're good with details in reading the series especially Loaded Stone so far. This page is a gas in connecting dots together between plot lines.
Hello Globalcomix world! I first stumbled upon Globalcomix on Facebook where they featured a comic book in a group I follow, leading me to inquire about a cover story myself. Thus uploading my comic book and creating an artist's profile on here!

How's everyone doin' tonight?
I'm wessketches. I just recently upload some of my comics on this site.
My series is called "The Crime Consultant." It's a case-of-the-week detective series where a trio of sleuths solve various cases. It's in a slow burn stage so far, but I hope to get to the more interesting parts I have planned.
You can read what I have so far here:

Hope you like what you read!
Hello, I found out about globalcomix from a facebook post in an artist group.
I am VCD. That is my creator name as well. As for my real name, I'd rather not say. (I'm quite shy.)
My comic is Those Days In Space, a sci-fi adventure manga. You can find it here: https://globalcomix.com/c/those-days-in-space
By the year 3000, mankind had evolved in its scientific and technological exploits. Extra-terrestrial beings from various planets had been discovered and in order to maintain inter-planetary peace and justice, the Intergalactic Space Rangers Association was formed. Those Days in Space tells a story of a teenage boy named Dan Henry who became a Space Ranger to fulfill his dream which is to become the best ranger of all time as well as explore the universe and unravel its mysteries.
Hope you like what you read. :-)
1 +2: Hey there! I go by J.M. Henry, and my comic is the PostApoc, action/adventure tale, LOSTLAND!
3. You can read it right HERE: https://globalcomix.com/c/lostland?lang=en
4. LOSTLAND is a supernatural, post-apoc adventure story following the tales of four travelers and the little twists of fate that bind them both to eachother, and to one man's grand design for this new world.
Prepare for crazy humor, intense action, and a touch of mystery, all rolled into a world that changes all who travel through it. Updates every Saturday.
If you've been looking for a scifi story told in a fantastical, well crafted world, and filled to the brim with kooky, creepy and loveable characters, LOSTLAND is that comic!

The Killilng Machine: Book One of The Hand of God
What if we discovered the source of life on Earth and it led to war with an alien race? The thought-provoking and action-packed epic sci-fi launches on Kickstarter on January 11th.
Woodstake
When a vampire descends on the Woodstock Festival in 1969, hippies, anti-war protesters and music lovers try to survive three days of peace, music and blood. Woodstake is a sharp-witted comedy of horrors combining vampire lore, pop culture, and the music and politics of the 1960s.

Hey everyone!
Thought I'd give this a try and introduce ourselves! We're Band of Bards, and we formed officially last March. (Coming up on that big 1 year celebration!) We're an independent comic and graphic novel publisher from Buffalo, NY.
Our first comic series is called FINAL GAMBLE, and you can find it at GlobalComix Here: https://globalcomix.com/c/final-gamble <3
Here is a little bit about the series!
"ROBYN SINGER, JORGE SANTIAGO JR., HARRY SAXON, and GEORGE GANT debut with a dark social commentary about the grip of predatory society with… FINAL GAMBLE.
Gambling addict Danny Lin, and disgraced MMA fighter Jasmeet Khanna have both fallen on
hard times. Owing an enormous amount of money to a loan shark named Mandy, they are offered the chance to save themselves by winning the money they need–in a game of poker against her. Unable to work together, the two men are easily defeated.
As a result of their defeat, the two become prisoners of The Mercury Society, a group composed of the richest and most powerful people in the world.
In this unforgiving Hell, people are forced to fight to the death in an elite gamble for their souls."
Thanks so much for checking it out. We're excited to be a part of the GlobalComix community!
