I hear you about wading in slowly. I've posted my comic on this site, but I don't do social media at all because the negativity is just too disruptive to my daily and creative lives.

Likewise with Discord: I'm lucky to have a comics club here in my hometown, and we communicate via Discord, but as much as I'd like to connect with fellow creatives, I'm wary of "drinking from the firehose" of a large online community.

So thanks for starting this thread; it's a nice, easy first step.
