Hello everyone, my name is Jean-Marc Tauzin. I like to draw comic books/graphic novels as a hobby.
I joined Globalcomix last year in June and have posted on a fairly basis.

I do not have a main comic. So far I have published only short stories. I have drawn my own stories and some in collaboration with an author. I am currently collaborating with Václav Urbánek on two stories.

The first one is named “Lost Pet”

This was my first comic. I come from an animation background and initially I wanted to make an animation. But I discovered that would be very hard at the time, so a friend suggested I make a comic. Which I ended up enjoying quite a bit especially since I read a lot of comics.

Hello, everyone!
My name is Joshua and I'm brand new to this comic creation thing. A bunch of years ago I wrote the outline (and rough storyboard) for a comic about isolation when I was going through a bad time with my job, then a pandemic happened and my friend challenged me to get off my arse and complete the bucket list goal of getting published.

Flash forward a few years and I'm sitting with a now completed first issue. Where to put it? A bunch of research pointed me towards one of the big three, but a thread on Reddit highlighted a site where more Indie comics get to play. A little bit of research later, I decided to take the plunge and set up shop on this corner of the internet.

My comic is titled "Slave at the End of the Lake", it's a story about a young man serving a remote work sentence at the edge of the desert after unwittingly being involved in a terrorist attack on his home city. He's got a little robot caretaker to keep him sane, but about 4 years into the sentence he's starting to go a little crazy.

My name is Steve and I'm the co-creator and co-writer of Atrium, Comix Asylum Publishing's debut indie comic book. I came across Global Comix while looking at platforms where we could publish Atrium as a webcomic or online PDF.

Atrium is about two paramedics, Naomi and Darnell, who are tasked with delivering a donor heart to a mysterious patient. Accompanied by a security detail, they are attacked by a group of assassins driven to stop them from delivering the heart. Will Naomi and Darnell accomplish their mission in time? Humanity's fate depends on it!

I'm Collin Lamping. I risk it and go by my proper name on here because I want it associated with my work. I found globalcomix from a simple websearch, actually. I was searching for websites where I could upload my more traditional comic style and this one was recommended. At first I was uneasy about it, but I am glad I began sharing my work here. I particularly like the reader for it.

My comic's name is "The Mystical Emerald-Man", it's a superhero comic steeped with celtic mythology. Writing-wise, I try to base it off of old silver-bronze age comic books, those were my favorite. So it has a bit of an older style to it. However, I think folks would like it anyways. I think there's people out there itching for older styled comic books again, and I wish to deliver.

The best way I can describe the genre I am going for is a little like Disney's Gargoyles (though I began writing this comic before I knew about that show). It has a mixture of both science fiction superhero stuff, and the existence of mythical elements such as fey, ghosts, angelic beings, etc. involved. If you like that, as well as Irish/Scottish mythology, you may be enticed by this as well!
