I can’t open the app on ipad
Hi I’m having trouble opening the app on my ipad. It’s just the GlobalComix logo screen.
Thank you for the report. Can you let me know what model of IPad, which version of iOS, and which version of the app you have? It'll help us narrow down the issue.
Thanks. I’m using a 5th generation iPad, iOS version 16.7.7. I believe I have the latest version of the app.
@FreeOrCheapHorses Can you go to settings -> general -> iphone storage -> and delete all data for GlobalComix app including cache and the app and reinstall - let me know if it still happens.
Also @FreeOrCheapHorses what version of the app are you on?
Ok, I tried what you asked and the same thing is still happening.
The version of the app I have is 1.0.24
Hi any new suggestions on what I can try? I used the app last weekend and it opened and everything seemed to work as it should
