Unable to download free comic
Today I created a discount to give people one of my comics for free and I'm getting reports that it doesn't work.
They get the popup below but the book doesn't download. I created a quick second account and got the same problem. Nothing happens after clicking "Claim free offer."

Hi Jonathan, in order to claim the free download, users will need to go to User settings > Promo Codes, and put the code you generated for them in the dialogue box in order to claim their free comic. Alright, Jonathan, it appears that you set up both a promo code and a discount. Those are different ways to offer a free release. You cannot (technically should not) be able to offer a free PDF via the discount option. You will need to use the promo code that you generated. You can find that code in your promo code section of your creator account settings (it starts with Z). That is the code you will need to send to users. They will need to follow the steps mentinoed above previously to be able to download the PDF.

Thank you. Just so you know, I originally only did the discount code. When I saw that people couldn't download the PDF, I then tried the promo code. So I'm not sure why the PDF download won't work with either of those. Thanks for looking into it though.
