Re: Creator Tips and Tricks: Creating Promo Codes

Are promo code only available to redeem on the GlobalComix website, or is there a way to do it on the app too?

Re: Celebrating Creators with Creator Appreciation Month

I’m hoping to add my fan-favorite series “The Recount” this month to GlobalComix. Just waiting on new cover designs and credit pages.
I’d love any help I can get to promote these issues when they’re available on the platform!

My first comic, The Return of Camazotz is coming out from Grimmcore Studios. Inspired by the original short you can support the full comic on Kickstarter.

Cannot save revenue split option

When I try to add the percentage of revenue split for another creator, it won't give me the option to save. I can only leave the page but that gives me a dialog from the browser saying I'll lose my progress.

Re: Unable to download free comic

Thank you. Just so you know, I originally only did the discount code. When I saw that people couldn't download the PDF, I then tried the promo code. So I'm not sure why the PDF download won't work with either of those. Thanks for looking into it though.

Re: Unable to download free comic

Thank you @ArtCrumbs. But isn't that popup misleading? Nothing happens after you click the button.

Unable to download free comic

Today I created a discount to give people one of my comics for free and I'm getting reports that it doesn't work.
They get the popup below but the book doesn't download. I created a quick second account and got the same problem. Nothing happens after clicking "Claim free offer."
