GallopingWarmNomad, I found if you click outside of the ad it will take you to the next page for free. I'm not sure when they started adding ads to our comics, but it would have been nice to have been notified. It's very annoying and I've lost readers because of it.

I just got one as well. They try to set themselves as a "no-reply" named account. Their name on my email was "[email protected]" Never click any link until you've gone through the proper channels to confirm. Hell the person I live with sent me a link once and I walked to their room and asked if they sent it. >.<

This is what the scammer sent in my email:

Is the view count cache not updating or putting in more views? I've noticed my views not update for days before so I'm generally curious. Thank you for the update, I appreciate you guys looking into this.

This morning I woke up to my viewer count doubling over night and now this evening it has dropped. Any idea what is causing this? I didn't know viewer counts could drop off. I'd like to keep my viewer count accurate and up to date in case I ever want to show this to a publisher or decide to do a kickstarter. The only thing I can think of is there is a surge of bots possibly? Please let me know if this is the case, but even if it is why did the views just drop? How do you get negative views? I'm at a loss.

I've noticed a couple bugs lately. I've run into one where the Contributors are not loading when clicked on.


Step 1) Open https://globalcomix.com/c/ferret-tales
Step 2) Click bottom right under "Contributors" to see what other comics they've created

Expected: New page loads a list of the comics the Contributor has worked on
Current: https://globalcomix.com/browse


Second bug I noticed in the last couple weeks, the text I edited into my comic are no longer showing live, but when I go into the edit version they are there.


Step 1) Open Comic ( https://globalcomix.com/c/ferret-tales/chapters/en/2/1 )
Step 2) Read comic that has edited text included on it (Example of the edit not showing where it should: https://globalcomix.com/c/ferret-tales/chapters/en/2/9/5 )

Expected: Text to show up on page that states "Elsewhere, in the outskirts of the city..."
Current: Text does not show on live, but shows displaying on Edit.

Anyone else having these issues?

I second this, please. I can't do all white backgrounds for too long before getting a headache. <3
