Viewer count bouncing up and down
This morning I woke up to my viewer count doubling over night and now this evening it has dropped. Any idea what is causing this? I didn't know viewer counts could drop off. I'd like to keep my viewer count accurate and up to date in case I ever want to show this to a publisher or decide to do a kickstarter. The only thing I can think of is there is a surge of bots possibly? Please let me know if this is the case, but even if it is why did the views just drop? How do you get negative views? I'm at a loss.

Thanks for reporting! We have confirmed an issue with view count cacheing and are working on a fix.
Is the view count cache not updating or putting in more views? I've noticed my views not update for days before so I'm generally curious. Thank you for the update, I appreciate you guys looking into this.
They were doubling up on the view counts occasionally. You can always double check by checking your artist analytics. They should be correct now - let us know if you see anything weird. We will also be making further improvements soon to make sure they're more reliable.
