Top Cow today announced that fans can now pre-register for its launch of WITCHBLADE COMPLETE COLLECTION VOL. 3 KICKSTARTER, featuring a new limited collectible hardcover of iconic series and a backer only preview edition of the new WITCHBLADE #1.
