Comics taking a long time to load

Thank you for your report. Can you let me know which version of the app you are using? Is it up-to-date?

It is a 7 Fe and the app is up to date. Cleared the cache also. I will check on which version it is

I've seen similar behavior off and on for a few weeks on the desktop as well.

Version 1.0.2.0. Rook exodus took anywhere from 15 to 30 secs to load a page

I have slow loadings too on my iPad and it so the latest versions of the app.

Hello. I'm new to the site and am experiencing slow page uploads on both the desktop and the phone app. It was working fine a few hours earlier when I used it. I checked my internet speed and all looks OK.

Hi @WakizashiGray and @Ryanisunique107, thank you so much for your reports. We apologise for these issues and are investigating possible solutions right now. We will hopefully have something soon and your reports will assist us in solving this.

This has been my general experience ever since the major changes months ago. A number of pages will load quickly, then I'll get pages that have the spinning circle for 10-30s. Consistent on desktop, or on ipad with either the app or browser.

Maybe related to this, I get random HTTP 403 (Forbidden) on seemingly random page loads on desktop that solve themselves after several minutes. It already happened, although less frequently (and I didn't check the browser console at the time), on the older version of the reader.

I think this is still a issue. I checked the dimensions of my uploaded pages to be sure, but they meet the recommended "HQ suggested requirement". So I'm not sure what the issue is.

Having an issue with this currently

This is happening to me in the app, too. Latest version. My wifi is fine and working perfectly in every other app. My first day as a paying member, not the greatest first impression. 😔

Can you let me know if your apps are updated as well as which broswers you are experiencing the issues in?

I'm having trouble loading my pages, it's been hours please fix it.

Still having trouble and all i get is this:
"The processing queue is a bit backed up and release processing might take a bit!"
