If you are still having problems purchasing this PDF, can you explain what is visually occurring? (spinning wheel, page reloads, etc)

I'd also like to know:
What type of device/model are you using? What OS does it use? (and if a phone or tablet, what year is it from)
Is this on Web or in the app? (If web, which browser?)
