Cannot add frames

For context, I also added this account to my own creator account as a team member and granted this account the administrator role on my own creator account and the same behavior occurs. All browsers.

Is it possible you have some kind of script blocker running that could interfere with it? Just for reference, I seem to be able to create frames ok on Windows in Firefox.

Thank you for the suggestion cmc, but I'm able to add frames in the same browser using my main creator account. So it appears to be linked to this account being a member of a team rather than an owner, as that's the only point of difference.

Hi @ApDigital, can you let us know what device, Browser, and OS you are using to see if we can replicate your specific issue and try to diagnose this? It would help the team out a lot to have that information. I've looked into this myself (both on Firefox and Chrome with Windows 11) and was able to replicate the problem.

Hello @Christopher! In Chrome I'm still seeing the issue (I tried incognito mode and cleared my cache to be sure I wasn't getting a cached/stale render) and also in Firefox.

I can use my primary creator account and add frames in the same browser. Due to the fact that there is just one distinction between this account and an owner, it appears to be connected to the fact that it is a member of a team

That is my issue precisely @latonya1, thank you for confirming. As the site grows and more publishers bring on help to manage the digital content (as Antarctic Press has done in my case) this will be an important issue to resolve. Hopefully it can be!
