Can the web address to a comic be updated?

Hi there,

Great work on the website! cannot see the app. Started playing with the uploads and 1st question is can the web address be updated by users? Or by web admin only?

As it would be great if the page: "https://globalcomix.com/c/ko-ciwproch"
could say "kosciwproch" at the end, instead of the version with the "-".

I am guessing that the page does not recognise polish letters, hence the dash.
