Issue Setting Up New Promo Code?
I just set up a new promo code that I intended to make an issue available both online for free as well as a free pdf download. However, when I look at the code info it only lists the issue under online access and not downloads. Is this a glitch?

At this time, you cannot set a PDF to be a free download via GlobalComix. I hope this helps.
There is a section that says, "Include Free PDF Downloads - Give free download access to these releases during the active time on promo code if the release is for sale as PDF."
I thought I remembered them being added in response to users needing to offer free PDF codes for patreon. So is this feature broken or offline for some reason?
I see, that's my mistake. I'm looking into this matter now with the team, and I'll get back to you once I have an answer. Sorry for the confusion.
@cantrell There was a bug that it wouldn't show as listed for downloads if a user hadnt claimed it, that is fixed!
