Cannot Change the Header/Banner on the Creator Page

Was this an intentional design choice on Global Comix's part? I can change the creator's profile picture freely, but not the header/banner for the creator's page. That's why any clarification in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience. The ability to change the header/banner on Creator Pages is temporarily unavailable. This function will be restored when the new Creator Publisher is released.
