Site acting as though I don't have gold sub
I have a gold subscription. Everytime i try to read a book it gives me the "sign up for gold to read this book" message. when I check my subscriptions it says no subscription active, when i try to sign up it skips the sign up page and I get a green "gold subscription activated" message but it still wont let me read any books. Tried web browser and app. Deleted and re installed app. Nothing working.
Figured i would update this post. About 30 minutes later globalcomix took the money for this month's subscription and I was able to access everything again. Either way this needs to be looked at as not being able to access the app the day your sub renews is pretty unacceptable.
Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention! We took a look at your account, and it seems there was an interruption of the Gold subscription when it was being renewed on July 19. We'll continue to monitor this issue.
