Reimbursement problem
I signed up for a free one-week subscription, but the app charged me €79 for the year even though I had cancelled the contract more than a day in advance, and I haven't received a refund.

Apple can charge up to 24 hours prior to a trial expiring.
Since the order was placed in the GlobalComix app on iOS, Apple manages the billing. You can learn more about requesting refunds from the App Store here: https://support.apple.com/billing
