Clicking on a series in browser should take you to the series rather than straight to the comic.
I think clicking on a series in browser should take you to the series screen rather than straight to the comic. It is already like this on mobile, and I think it is much better because you can read the synopsis, see all volumes/issues, creators, tags and views.
Alternatively, add a button somewhere on the title or cover of the comic that takes you straight to the series page so readers can choose to either go to the series page or straight to the issue where they left off.
We've found that taking readers directly into the reading experience overall tends to help with reader retention and overall increase pages read. You can also tap the center of the page to bring up a display/menu, and on the upper right side, you'll see an option for pages. You can quickly find the page you are looking for using that.
