Unable to upload a single frame of my webcomic. [Sorry you have been blocked]
I had to update my comic, but it wasn't uploading a single frame. so I tried a lower resolution image I use for TAPAS and that worked. but it refuses to allow this image.
Hello and thanks for reporting this. I took a look at your existing pages, and they shouldn't be having that issue. We typically allow pages a lot larger than that.
For clarification, when you say it wasn't uploading anything, can you explain what you saw specifically? Was it a forever loading spinning wheel? Did the bar display on the page just get stuck? Did it give you an error message at all?
When I try to upload it, it just displays as uploading page 1/1 or whatever the number is infinitely. And when I try to update the singular panel, it does this:
