Welcome back! Continue where you left off.

I have had an ongoing issue where I will read all of a series but it will stay in my "Welcome back! Continue where you left off." section. The only way to get rid of it is to hide it from my reading history, but then when there is a new issue, I don't see it in my "Welcome back!" section since I hid it. It makes tracking comics a bit frustrating. I know one employee was aware of this problem last summer. So I'm wondering if and when you will be able to squash this frustrating bug.

Hello there. Can you confirm for me if you are using the web or app?

Slugnacious posted May 4, 2025

I use both, but it is definitely happening on the app. I don't use the web as often and can't remember if it happens there. I will try to report back the next time I notice if it does on the web.

Thank you for the update. This should be resolved now. Let me know if it's still occuring

Slugnacious posted May 9, 2025

It's still happening unfortunately. It seems to be about 50/50 on each series I read. Half of them will clear out when I finish all the issues and half of them will stick around even though the completion bar is at 100%. I confirmed it's the same series on the web and the app.

Thank you for the update. What sort of device are you using, (make and model) as well as which version of the OS are you using?

For Web, what's the OS of your desktop/laptop and which browser? Is it up to date? This information can help us narrow down what might be causing it.

I am using an iPad (10th generation) running iPadOS 18.4.1.

For the web, I am using Linux Mint and Brave browser. Both are the latest stable versions.

I imagine not many of your users have that combination of Mint and Brave. Plus I almost exclusively use my iPad. So it being up to date on the app is the greater priority for me personally.
