Hello and thank you for the report. Was your subscription made through the app? If so, please attempt a Restore Purchase. You can find the link by tapping on your profile avatar in the top right and scrolling to the bottom of the settings menu. Restore Purchase is just above the logout button. Tap that, and the app will attempt to sync your purchase with the app store.
