Globalcomix app won't open on Android

I've downloaded  and installed the app but I get an error message when I open it.  The website works fine though. Please help!!

Yes! Whenever I log in I get a black screen that says: " Something went wrong. Restart the app!

I see, I'm so sorry you are experiencing the trouble. I see that you originally installed it on an Android Tablet. Is that the device you are having trouble with?

If so, can you let me know which version of the android OS you are using to help us narrow down the problem?

Also, asking to rule out other possibilities, is your app up-to-date? Have you tried a fresh install? Does it do the black screen every time or only occasionally?

Any extra information would be helpful to help us narrow down the issue. Thank you again for the report!

I have a S20 fe galaxy phone and a galaxy tab. I get the same error message on both of them. This happens all the time. The phone uses Samsung One UI. I have tried to install the app multiple times but I get the same black screen everytime on both devices.

What generation of Galaxy tab? Can I get the specs on that?

Hi there, the team has a few more questions that could give us some relevant information.

What are the model#'s and hardware specs of your devices, specifically the memory (not storage). It will help us a lot to know the specific model of Tablet and Phone as the hardware specs can play a big role in performance.

The phone has 8 Gb and the tablet 3 Gb memory.
