I want to flag, though, that I experience this with more than one publisher (which is why I was wondering whether the problem might be on my end, though perhaps not if you've encountered it, too).

can never download free issues
I have no problems downloading paid comics, but every time I click "Claim Free Offer," I get a quick spiral icon and then the words "Claim Free Offer" reappear. No download, and no record of a download in my Downloads list. This happens in both of the browsers I use (Firefox and Chrome), and I've checked to make sure there are no browser add-ons blocking it. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Sorry if I'm missing something, but when I click on "Claim Free Offer" nothing happens and nothing appears under "Orders" or "Downloads." Any advice? Thanks.
