Why has my revenue been deducted by GlobalComix, bit by bit?
Without doing a thing, GlobalComix has reported I made "X" amount of money, when I go back a week later this amount is less and then less further a few weeks later. So GlobalComix is deducting some unexplained fees? To the extent there will be no revenue at all at some point, and that every cent reported will be taken back by GlobalComix over time? This is unsustainable to creators and untolerable.
@Raffaele-Ienco all of your revenue is sitting in the "confirmed income" section as it has vested past the 14 day holding period.
Revenue moves from pending to confirmed after 14 days where there's no disputes or chargebacks from the consumers.
Hi EVRT, I took a look at the settings for your series. It looks like for your Vietnamese edition, your pages are all free due to that being your licensing setting (free).
For the English edition, I see your licensing settings are paid. However, looking at your actual release data, it says all of your pages are "always free". Did you manually set those pages to always free? If that's the case, that could be impacting your revenue.
Can you let me know if that's intentional for your english release?
