I have just spent over an hour trying to get a sign in using email on the app in Android and iOS. The sign in button is not working. I was able to get into the IOS app using an apple login however I prefer to use email logins. I tried changing the password a few times and no luck. As a Creator I am concerned that my readers will not be able to access the platform through an email sign in. Please advise.
Hi Geoff, fyi, I just logged in using email sign in, no problems, but I'm in a browser on Internet. Not an application. Don't know if that helps to allay your fears or not. Good luck.
Internet browser works great, it's the apps that don't work. Thanks for checking, and yes, I'm still concerned (not afraid) that users may have difficulties esp. if they are uncomfortable signing in with google, apple etc.

Hi I am having the same issue, this app was working fine this morning after my phone updated. I am on IOS 18.1.1
I’m having this issue as well, just updated to IpadOS 18.1.1 and still not working. I’ve put all the details in correctly but the sign in button won’t work. Any updates on this?

Thanks for reaching out. On your desktop, you can go to your account settings and trigger a password reset. You'll get an email, and then you'll be able to set your password.

For info for everyone I've done some digging and think I've found an issue with verification of certain e-mail addresses on the app, I've reported it and hopefully it'll gets sorted.
I am having the same issue with ios and ipadOS 26. I put in the credentials but when I Click the Sign In Button nothing happens.
@Yagodewinter are you able to log in now? I see you're able to log in on web.
guys i LITERALLY CANNOT sign in to comix, like, my password and username is CORRECT, i tried to change the password and try against but it still says that the password or username is correct but it ISN'T, what is happening guys? plus the hott error or smth, please tell me quickly if you know about it
