Change credit card
SHOULD BE SIMPLE RIGHT?
I have a yearly sub, already paid up.
I want to change my credit card to another card, one with lower interest.
I go to change my credit card, it says if I do so"it will cancel my existing sub."
WTH?!? Please Help!!
Hi Terry! Thanks for reaching out. If you remove your existing card, it shouldn't cancel your existing yearly sub. What it will do is cancel any future charges on that card, like an automatic renewal if you have any set up. Since your Yearly Subscription is already paid for, you should not see any disruptions in your access. Please reach out if you need any additional help or have more questions. Hope this helps!
How i can remove my debit card and the auto payment?

To remove your debit card, go to Account settings > payment methods > and you can click on the vertical (...) to remove it. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the repply,but,"payment methods" don't appears in account settings
