Issue redeeming code
I redeemed a code for Altrverse but the comic wont show as readable? and I can only find the code on the web version and not the app. Even though they use the same account. (It might also be that I'm new and dont understand the app, though the code expires tomorrow which worries me)

We were able to identify the issue and have corrected it. The PDF button in the reading experience on the web was supposed to change to "Download PDF" since you had redeemed the code. I went ahead and claimed the PDF for you, and we've created a video that explains the steps to claim PDFs like this one.
