Hi there, there are no limitations on your manga. That said, what sort of promotion are you doing for it? Where do you promote and how often? I can help you if you need some assistance with learning how to promote your work.

You don't have to have a paid series to be promoting it, and promotion doesn't cost money. My own manga is free, and I promote it at least 3x a week across my own social media accounts. Other creators do the same so that one day, when they have a large enough following, they can monetize it and make income if they wish.

Again, if that's something you'd like to learn to do, how to promote without spending any money, I'd be happy to help.
