Are we dealing with bots?

I've noticed a trend recently with the increase in activity on my account and all of the accounts have strangely similar names.

They are all three words, each capitalized (i.e. FirstSecondThird) usually followed by a three digit number.

Could be nothing, but it feels strangely familiar to bots on other networks and that's not going to help creators gauge their audience.
