Not all pages uploading

Hello

I was finally able to upload our first book to the system after numerous technical glitches preventing me from doing so.

However, only 14 pages of the 36 page book appeared after waiting 3 hours for the upload to go through.

As you can imagine this is quite frustrating.

I would really like to get onto your platform, but it is so glitchy and full of strange bugs at every turn it's incredibly time consuming and difficult to use.

Ironically when adding a new paragraph to this very field the system tries to navigate away from the siteUpload buttons don't work for cover images so it's often not possible to upload cover imagesAs stated above only a few pages from a PDF actually uploadedWhen adding frames to pages for your reader, they don't work in the preview and it just switches to full page viewThere are other minor bugs throughout the user interface as well. To be honest I can put up with most of them, but these uploading issues have stumped me. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

To pre empt some of your questions:

I have tried uploading Jpegs, PNGS and TIFFs for the covers
I have used the same PDF for uploading that I use on my own website, so I know it is not corrupted or missing any pages as lots of people have purchased it as a download
I have tried various devices including an Android mobile and a windows PC to perform the uploads. Each has there own set of bugs it seems but uploads fail on both.

I have used two different internet connections as well so it's not a connectivity issue
