People are posting their advertisements under 'seeking' when they're just advertising their work.
Artists are posting that they are seeking people, when they're actually just advertising their work. This makes it hard to find those who are actually seeking people. It's about 50% artists for hire 50% seeking, rather than 100% seeking.
