Fudging Upload Dates To Suppress Honest Uploaders

Last night I saw two comics listed back to back with pushed out dates by days in advance which keep them in top standing for recently updated. This is shameful and dishonest in my opinion. It suppresses other creators works, so liars get attention.

This appears to have been the result of a bug, and less about intentional disruptive behavior. That said, we have fixed said bug and updated the UX to disallow the cases where this situation could happen.
