Difficulties while uploading pages

Hi. I am able to upload my pages as long as they are under 1 MB. I tried to upload a 2 MB page. I started uploading around 5:10 am and waited till 6 am before giving up. Though it is natural that the larger the size of the page the more time it will take to upload, but 1 hour is too much. Especially since I have a 6 MB page to upload.

Hi @ArushiRaj -- we don't have a file-size cap anywhere close to your restrictions. It's actually 200MB per file (yeah, no-one will hit this, heh), but I want to dig deeper into understanding what's happening.

Could you share with me which browser you're using, and also a screenshot of your console (in chrome, click menu "view -> developer -> javascript console") of any errors you're getting?

I'm looking through our inventory, and I see several uploads that are 10MB+ per page in original form uploaded, so I want to make sure I'm able to accurately identify the problems you're having :)

Best,

Chris

It's Google Chrome.

I tried to upload my page again and checked the javascript console. I took a screenshot but when I click on upload image, the only option I get is enter image url. I can't upload image from my computer. Here's the copy/paste.

@ArushiRaj could you share with me one of the images you're trying to upload? I'm not able to reproduce this locally. Also, which OS and browser version are you using?

In the thread in insert image option I can't upload images from my computer. The only option I get is enter image url. That's why I am not able to share screenshots with you.

which OS and browser version are you using?

OS name: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise
Version: 10.0.16299 Build 16299

Browser Version: 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-Bit)

I just tested a 10mb file and had no problems:

Original File Information
Filename: largefile.jpg
Size: 9.5 MB
Created: 2018-02-23 19:19:21
Processing Status: Done
Width: 3840px
Height: 5902px
Dpi: 300

Could you perhaps email me the image so I can test if it's the picture itself?

Also, I see that you were able to upload other pages in the other comics. Was that with the same computer?
