Error in subscription

Hello, there must have been a mistake: I saw a payment of 61.88€ in my bank account for this Website, but I never acessed it nor used it. I immediately deleted the subscription but I had no way of deletingit before I was charged -since I was not aware of it-. There must have been a mistake, could you refund me? I am sorry to bother but I am a student and really need that money, my situation is critical and I cannot afford to lose sixty euros. Sorry again I hope you understand
