Refund subsciription

Hello!
I didn't want a yearly subscription  I haven't used it and I haven't accepted it. How can I refund it?

I had a 7 day free trial, checked the status of it before it expored and I saw 'no subscription' in my account and no information about the payment gping through soon.

Please refund me and cancel my yearly subscription.
