Downloading a comic
Good afternoon!
I hope you are well. I am unsure if I misunderstood, but I purchased the Chew comic and cannot download it. The second window opens up and I get a progress bar, but in Chrome I end up getting an error message as it finishes and in Edge it'll arrive at 100% but the screen stays blank. I am unsure if I am doing something wrong. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, including if I misunderstood what I was purchasing (the pdf of the comic).

You should be able to download the PDF version of the volume you purchased. Please try downloading it again now and see if the issue persists.
