cant add and or change pages of a uploaded chapter

hi,
i wanted to change the covers of my comic because i finally have the credits ready but everytime i upload a page the symbol appears and it is constantly in queue    last time i had to delete all chapters and i dont want to do that does anyone no how i can change the cover without loosing everything.
