unable to access the 10 collectibles included with the holiday bundle

I purchased the GCX holiday bundle on yesterday, Dec. 30, 2025. I do not have access to the 10 collectibles advertised with the bundle. When I navigate to my downloads it is empty. Also if I search for the titles and go to them I get the message that I am reading a free preview and the option to purchase the title. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
