New publication receiving "Error Loading release, please try again later" message on mobile.
We have just published the second episode of our comic. While it loads perfectly in the desktop reader, it cannot be accessed via mobile. We keep getting the "Error Loading release, please try again later" screen. Can you help?
I'm having the same issue with the comic I published yesterday. Mine works on desktop, as well as mobile browser, but is showing that error message when accessed on mobile app.
Mine appears to be resolved.
Hello all, this was due to a bug yesterday morning (early hours of Aug 18th EST), can you all confirm that the issue is no longer occuring?
