My subscription not being recognised

I bought a Gold subscription in November 24, but the app doesn't appear to recognise it.

When I try to download a book, or access existing downloads, the app tells me I need a Gold Subscription.
Can this be corrected please?

Hi Mike, sorry you are having issues with your sub. For this particular issue, let's try this first:

If the purchase was made in the GlobalComix app, please attempt a Restore Purchase. You can find the link by tapping on your profile avatar in the top right and scrolling to the bottom of the settings menu. Restore Purchase is just above the logout button. Tap that, and the app will attempt to sync your purchase with the app store.

Let us know if this corrects the issue, please!
